Added an RIF card and iy doesn’t die anything what have I dine wrong. Should I just be able to touch the box and it starts charging ?

The App is terrible, constantly logging you out and at times offline for no reason.

Impossible to install correctly
A dreadful program. Impossible to install correctly. Without the app you cannot charge your car. No on line support. Manual is next to useless. If I knew it was this bad before buying I would have brought a different brand of charger. Error messages come up in Chinese. Not at all helpful.

Works great for charging my car with the cita home charger. Great control of the charger from this app.
