This app is free - there is no money for you to have back as you did not pay for it. If you needed a copy of this app on your device, you would already have an account to log into. The app is an eReader that links to the HS&E Publications server. If you had a subscription to any books, you would have an account on that server. The fact that you do not have an account, indicates to you that you do not need the app. You have installed an app that you do not need and have now reviewed it negatively - claiming you have paid for it, because you did not not understand what it was for and did not read the app's description. Please consider removing this review to avoid confusing other customers.
