Can’t use it unless you pay a bunch of money, what a waste
Does not Work
Code 402: “Payment Required” despite having paid £8.99 and having a PayPal Receipt to prove. Refund requested through apple straight away hopefully will get my money back. Avoid, only purchased as on work expenses backup, but with real money. Heck no!!
App doesn’t work
Paid £9 for the app and after downloading it it constantly comes up with error messages when I try and use the app.

Got this site payed for it and it didn’t work took the money out the bank for it I emailed them and nothing I think they are just ripping people off and taking there money
Very Disappointed
What you learned is good but what we have on the actual test. From 50 questions only around 10 where similar with what I had on the app.

I paid for the full version however the full version doesn’t work this is total rip off can I get my refund ?, they are quick to take your money but not quick enough to fix the issue. Useless app
Not impressed
For £9.99 it only allows you to do 1 mock test, what’s the point in that. Also covers topics not relevant.
Citb map genius
Don’t buy, this app is about as useful as a chocolate flamethrower! 320 questions and not even a sniff of a distant re-articulation of any of them on the actual test.
Paid for PRO - Doesn’t work
Awful app. I paid to upgrade to the pro version but it wont upgrade and says i cant restore the purchase. Could i get a refund?

This app is for USA test and is not suitable for UK Health & Safety tests (e.g. for CSCS cards)

I bought this app after I failed my first test so I put a few hours in on this app then passed with flying colours 👍
Useless
Used this app to prepare for the test. The questions were nothing like the actual questions so I wasn’t prepared and failed. Not one of these questions appeared on the test either

CITB map poor app
Only downloaded the basic version. It wasn’t helpful so didn’t buy pro-version.
Adverts for candy crush etc
When I’ve paid £6 for an app testing professionals, I do not find it acceptable to have full volume candy crush adverts in the middle of the test questions. I’m trying to complete the test questions as part of professional trainer big programme and need the volume on my phone for other functions. Completely unacceptable.

Utterly Dreadful.
This is an awful app.
It’s as though every question has been badly translated from another language.
Most of the questions contain some form of unintelligible double negative. Truly terrible.

Waste of money
Absolute load of rubbish, a lot questions that don’t even feature in the tests, get the book instead

Paid £9.99 to use the full function however it won’t install. Tried to upgrade again only to be told I have already paid & screen only shows a spinning wheel with words purchasing on without actually doing anything
Restore function does not work even though I have paid. Constantly says cannot find payment.
