App rất tệ và hệ thống lòng vòng
Tôi muốn liên hệ huỷ thẻ Citi nhưng app ko hỗ trợ yêu cầu phải đăng nhập web. Khi đăng nhập web dc báo rằng lỗi quên mật khẩu hoặc tên đăng nhập và yêu cầu lấy lại, đến khi hiện ra thì tên đăng nhập tôi ko sai một ký tự nào. Tiếp nữa là nhập mật khẩu, tôi nhập chính xác mật khẩu cũ thì dc báo là mật khẩu trùng ko dc. Đến đây thì hết kiên nhẫn, tại sao tôi đăng nhập đúng tên đúng mật khẩu lại báo sai và yêu cầu lấy lại mới?
Thẻ thì trừ nhanh lắm nhưng ko thể có cách nào liên hệ được vì được dẫn một vòng tam quốc luôn

Apple Pay ?
Dùng Citibank từ rất lâu rồi nhưng mãi chưa thấy ngân hàng cập nhật tích hợp Apple Pay. Thất vọng với 1 ngân hàng lớn như thế này. Chắc phải cân nhắc chuyển sang dùng dịch vụ ngân hàng khác

Can not use
I can not use this stupid App, after Citibank sold to UOB on 01.01.2022
Not assistive technology compatible
This 7.8 update took away the assistive technology compatibility which was pretty good in previous versions. It totally drives me nut because I cannot do anything on this new update yet I cannot go back to the previous version
Never works
The app never works. Every day is a new problem - login, connection, transfers, can’t send PIN, etc. useful only to view your balance.

One of the most horrible systems I’ve seen in my life
I don’t even know where to begin, you can’t do anything with this app, and the support, or the so-called support, is completely worthless. They send you links that don’t match to what you’re interested in, things don’t work. I’m actually going to just close my Citibank account in Vietnam, it’s really bad.
