Total waste of time!

After filling the registration form it didn’t work. Trying to pay for my tickets but was not able to! What a waste of time and inconvenience! 👎🏼

Need major fix

Sangat perlu banyak perbaikan untuk penggunaan applikasi citilink. Sekali pesan extra begasi atau seat, ternyata tidak bisa di batalkan walaupun belum pada pembayaran.

It doesn’t even let you get as far as departure airport which is the point!!! Access denied apparently…

App doesn’t work

When trying to select an airport it comes up with the message ‘Forbidden - Access to this resource is denied’ and takes me back to the home page.
Can get no further than that

Don’t use Citilink

Don’t use Citilink. They take your money then cancel the flight (by WhatsApp) then don’t refund the money. Whole airline is a big scam. No customer service no way to get money back. Be warned.

Not very user friendly

One-star just for the fact that there’s no quick access to your boarding pass after your online check-in, other than enter in your booking code again

Worst app ever

This app never works! Total waste of my time trying to book on this. It makes me wonder how well their plane’s work is they can’t get a booking app right!

Near useless

A promo banner comes up soon after opening which completely obscures the functionality. Seems to be no way to close the promo banner. Online booking requires you to use the app to pay with credit card, and the app itself doesn’t seem to work. Frustration to no end.

Ga bisa sign in atau login

Niatnya mau bikin akun supaya dapet poin setiap kali terbang eh tapi malah gabisa login ataupun sign in utk buat akun. Udah coba aplikasi dan website nya langsung tapi sama aja tetep gabisa. VERY BAD!

useful but buggy

apps looks like it was built with untested features.

- some of the UI/UX and features arent intuitive.
- sometimes paying for tickets is reallh smooth, until the payment page which cant be done no matter which options i choose.
- looking for flight details (boarding pass) was troublesome, you need to do a check in to see your boarding pass and screenshot it yourself, it is not saved in the cache at least until D+1.
- flight miles is automatically added IF YOU PURCHASE THE FLIGHT ON THE APP, but claiming flight mileage gives no confirmations, whether it is accepted, rejected, or pending for approval. which is very helpful.

- at least i can check in and check ticket price easily with the app.
