I used this app awhile ago and I figured I’d download it on my new phone well here I am just staring at the screen 😒 I’m bummed idk what went wrong

It does pay instantly but I’ve never made more than $5 from this app and I’ve had it close to a year. All my surveys are $0.50 no more than $1
Great App! (PAYPAL CURRENCY)
THIS REVIEW WILL EXPLAIN HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR CURRENCY THROUGH PAYPAL!
This was a “LOVE AT FIRST USE” app for me! Which is the FIRST & ONLY time that’s happened to me. You are 100% in control of all the data you share about yourself. Before you complete anything on the app they let you know EXACTLY what data they will ask for. That right there was a HUGE bonus to me. Also through CitizenMe, I have learned many things about myself that I didn’t know. I love the color codes for each type of task you complete and you’ll know exactly what you’re benefiting by finishing it. When you do PAID SURVEYS, the money is sent right away within seconds after completion to your PayPal account. Money is sent in GBP currency, If you are from the US like myself you’ll need to convert it to USD. You won’t be able to use/spend it until you do. Here’s how you do so....First you need to be logged in PayPal on a web browser not the app. (I just couldn’t figure out how to do this on the app) Click on the 3 grey dots in the top right corner next to your PayPal balance, select go to PayPal balance, select PayPal balance. Here you’ll see how much money you have I USD and how much in GBP, click the 3 dots next to your GBP balance, select “Convert Currency” then follow the steps! After you do this the very first time, it will be a lot easier to access this again when you make more money through the app. If you don’t like this app at first, seriously give it some time. It really is an awesome app! I hope the creators are still working on it to add more features or ways to improve it! I look forward to seeing this app thrive and be one of the most highly rated apps ever!

No response
I had to delete my citizenme account because I was having issues reconnecting my verified PayPal account. I even sent multiple emails to support with no response back. At all. I loved this app so I tried making a new account but had to delete that one too. After deleting my first account due to no help from support, my new account was saying my old account was still connected to my PayPal; which I had no issues adding to my second account until I tried to do my first paid survey, that’s when I received the message my old account wasn’t deleted and still connect to PayPal. Either someone helps me resolve this matter or I’ll make sure to have all my friends and family delete their accounts to due to this frustrating issue and getting no help!

Having a hard time transferring payment
The app itself is pretty decent but I'm having a hard time transferring my payments probably due to the fact that it sends it in £ when I need it in $. This might be a paypal issue but I wish the payments were automatically converted.
