App logging out
I like the access to my account. Every week the app kicks me out and I have to slide both tabs over and re enter my name and password. It does this for myself and my father at least once a week sometimes twice a week. The old app did not do this.
Mobile Way
Using the Citizens Mobile Way App allows me the freedom to take care of deposits, pay bills, and keep updated with my finances. It is a great time saver!
Not user friendly
App is not user friendly at all and I am a tech savvy person, app is always signing me off and crashing and I always have to call the bank personally in order to reset my account to sign in. It is a big headache messing with this app. I would not recommend.
Locks me out
It will lock me out randomly even if I just changed my password. Just use the website.

The app is not accepting Face ID. I have reset multiple times and still does not work at each login. Please update!
Good app but
The app makes my life a lot easier especially in terms of depositing checks because I go to school in South Carolina but I bank in Washington County. Unfortunately with my new iPhone 8 it says device id not found.
