What happened
Updated phone and app and it won’t let me on still says using app that isn’t supported!!!! Please fix!!!!!

Not liking the new app really. It’s a little confusing to navigate and the current ballance is not so accurate. Some purchases don’t immediately show like they did before. Not very happy with it

The app would be fine if every day or every other day it wouldn’t require me to type in my username and password instead of using my Face ID. Each time I toggle on the buttons to save my username and use Face ID, but since updating to this most recent app it doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Slow balance updates
It’s not quite as responsive as the old app, balances don’t update as quickly, the features are indeed better, but the slow balance updates really make it hard to know what’s happening. But overall the app is good!
Trouble signing in
Always have trouble signing in on iPhone XS. It never save face recognition and most of the time it make me enter a new security code that the app has to text me.

Always crashing
This app should be convenient to use but it constantly crashes and won’t allow you to sign in with “unknown error” messages. I’ve given it nearly an entire year to see if it improved but it hasn’t. Time for some kind of update City Bank.
This app
I'm really disappointed in the app. It never seems to work. There is really no point in having it when you can't use it to check up on things. Nine times out of ten it's can't 'process our request' don't waste you time getting this app. I'm deleting it soon.
