I love this app and this company so much but what is keeping it from being five stars is the ability to not be able to combine all your gift cards into one. If there is a way I haven’t figured it out and will change this to a five star rating.
A little clunky
Glad they have an app but it could be a lot better.

Super easy app to use for one of favorite coffee shops around. Especially love the rewards system that they offer!!
Serious bacon shortage
Sandwich had 1/2 a piece of bacon on it. May as well call it an egg sandwich 😂 but coffee is always good

Want to express how awesome Heather and the crew that work at the Butte City Brew are!! I have been a loyal CB customer since first opened! Heather and her crew are always very welcoming, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to know! Heather exudes professionalism and it is passed down to her crew!
When I walk in the door I am greeted by my first name, my order is always correct, and greeted with respect and the want to serve me!!
I have been to a lot of the CB in Mt and by far this store is over the top with work ethic, customer first attitude, and the warmest and best environment!!

Morning Dash
By far the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to the people are friendly. The service is great. I wish they had these in all 50 states great job to the staff of city brew. We’re truly lucky to have you as a part of the community, merry Christmas and happy new year to each and everyone of you

Even if I get rewards, I cannot figure out how to apply them to the order because there is no apply offers button

The app is overall great! The only thing I would change is to show the calories next to the product.
Coffee is great
The coffee is great. Customer service could use some help. One of the baristas is super friendly but the other gal is rude. No smile, no thank you just attitude.

programming is a skill that the majority of people in this world can't do, but please allow me to view the menu after store hours 🥺

Hard to use
Goes in circles, click reorder and it made me order all over again. Click us discount and I still have to add the code at end of order
Bring back the old app!!
I hate the fact that paying with a gift card is now on a separate screen than the rewards!! I also noticed you don’t get double points for paying with a gift card anymore! Also, you can’t stack gift cards anymore, so now I have multiple gift cards in the app instead of one large one.
Silly names
You won’t let me change my name to something silly. That is not fun- therefore I am displeased. Bring it back.
Could be a lot better
First of all I don’t like how I can’t have more than 1 gift card on the account at a time, the app advertises discounts but never gives you an option to add them. My final complaint is that the app won’t keep my debit card on file, it’s pretty frustrating when I’m already in a hurry and trying to order my coffee and I have to stop and put my card information in. Poor app design.
