Uber 2.0 but worse
This is literally uber but worse. I booked a ride the day before, and they started to look for a driver 5 min before the scheduled pick up. Three drivers cancelled on me and the driver that accepted was 5 minutes late thanks to drivers cancelling. What is the point of BOOKING? I could have just ordered a ride right when I’m supposed to leave. Horrible uber service, won’t even show on the map the driver’s location.

Very pleasant gentleman
App ok
The app seems fine but the company is useless. Made an online booking and just cancelled off the system without any notice. Rang them and they said “sorry mate, no taxis available “. Wasted time and furious about the attitude.
Brilliant Service!
This review is more about the service the taxi company provide than the app. The app is alright to use but sometimes isn’t user friendly, it doesn’t always recognise the postcode you put in for your destination. Other than that it does the job.
But last night I was getting a taxi from my uni accommodation to my girlfriend who had broken down 30 mins from me but was stuck in an Asda car park being told by RAC that it would take hours for them to get to her. I got a City Cab there and the driver was genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met, I really wish I got his name! Their drivers in general are so nice, chatty and friendly and their fares are not expensive - best taxi company in Stoke in my opinion! Definitely use City Cabs!!

Does not work
App seems to be running normally. Tried the obvious delete and reinstall but whenever I got to enter a destination address it does not bring any results up
