Why is the people becoming infected by damage?

hello I would just like to ask you something there is a glitch or some type of bug that whenever I kill the people they get infected is there a way that you can fix it?

Really fun game but..... the ads

I love playing this game but the ads are super annoying I can’t play the game really now😭😭😭😭😭 instead of lots of ads there should be coins to collect that would make the game play more fun.

So I like that you can destroy the city but the ads that you use to get
Things like monsters and stuff so make it 1 time only and unlock them forever please then we will be happy so maybe remove the ads so we can play without ads so please do it
