The app won’t login. Both SMS and call account verification break with an app error as soon as you switch in and out of the app.

The card and account still needs to step into the future. My account still not compatible with things like Apple Pay. The system is still far behind in 2021. My card still locks up and it’s no customer service after hours or on weekends.

Instant deposit is not instant. I don’t receive my money till the following day and that’s very inconveniencing

Hi this app is seriously lacking in features that other bank apps have. It’s also the only option if you use this bank. So good luck I guess. I’m looking forward to switching banks in the near future.
Updates needed
Would be awesome if you could add Face ID since some of us no longer have the thumbprint. Also being able to view credit card charge history would be cool.

Love this app, easy to use when your on the go all the time. Just having the ability to pay bills or transfer money at your fingers is wonderful.

Nice, but could be better
I know it's a small bank and are slow to stay up with bigger banks, but Apple Pay would be much nicer. A lot less card compromises too.

Excellent App
The app is easy to navigate. It also has a pleasant user face. I am looking for them to add Apple Pay as a feature/option. Through this app I would like to transfer funds to accounts outside of this financial institution.
