The City Image app is so convenient to book an appointment and even cancel or reschedule when needed. Very simple to use too! Highly recommend.

Used to be better
Only giving the option to load the Wallet with $50, $100 or $150 doesn’t feel good. 50 doesn’t cover my haircut and I don’t want to tie up $100. Let us load what we want.
Wallet not working.
Unable to add funds to my wallet. It keeps telling me the minimum reload amount is $10,000. Doesn’t make sense.
Also, you should be able to choose a custom amount to load instead of having to load specific denominations that are preset by the app/developer.
Finally, almost every time we try to use the app or my phone number to pay, the people in the shop we go to don’t know how to do it correctly, so then we end up with money in the app wallet that can’t be used, and have to pay with a different card instead.
