Rocks appear back after demolishing

So while playing the game I’ve noticed I will demolish rocks just for them to appear back days later. Is this a glitch in the game or intentional? Other than that I have no issues.

No in game help

I was enjoying the app for some time now but there’s an issue with the game app pop up suggestions can’t close them when they take up all of the screen I have to close the app and then restart it again to finish what I was doing, and there is no in app help menu or in app email support nor a in app feedback or in app game play suggestions

Want to give 5 stars

My train station disappeared. After numerous attempts to reach customer service they said I needed to this and that and basically wanted me to pay for another station and compensate me with the station, tbe upgrades and the money it had made. Obviously it’s fake money but it’s the time put into the game and then to have it taken away and be to start all over. I continued contacting customer service and they said they were forwarding to their escalation team. Well that was weeks ago it feels like and nothing has been done. I was doing everything right had my station where it was supposed to be and got out of app when done playing. I really enjoyed this game as it was relaxing. Time to find something similar this game as it doesn’t look like they are going to fix this issue.

So, as you see the title you my think about the game "The sims" and you're right! Well, when I was little my mom and my two aunts used to play The Sims 2 but I would barely understand that game but I still played it, then, we lost the game for some days I can't remember why and I asked my mom if wr could get it on the phone and she said no🙄 but she told me that this game was the sims two and I believed her (I liked the game as well, and I've been looking for this game in a while)⚠️⚠️⚠️AND I KNOW IT ISN'T THE SIMS BTW THIS IS JUST A STORY ABOUT HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE GAME⚠️⚠️⚠️ anyways thank you for reading this mess😳

Crashes all the time

I installed this game and played it once. I built a couple of things, however when I try to go back on it never lets me and crashes my whole device. I can only ever play this game ONCE and it’s not fair. It’s really good and graphics are great, but the fact that you can only play once before it crashes up, is quite upsetting. Please fix this

This game has problems like how do you rotate the roads? How do you remove the rocks? And MORE!

Hi Natha, In order to remove the rocks, simply tap on the bulldozer icon at the bottom of the game screen and then tap on the rocks you want to remove. Also, there is no such feature in the game to rotate/relocate roads once built. Hence, we suggest you remove the roads and then rebuild where you want it to relocate. Can’t get more cash

This game needs daily rewards or something, there is no way to get more cash, once you run out of money there is no way to get anymore so you basically stop playing. It only gives the option to upgrade places but you can’t cash out on them. I’m ready to let this game go.

I loved playing this game,invested a lot of money to continue playing, but for the last week or so my game won’t load I’ve tried rebooting it still won’t load so now I guess I’ll have to stop playing and delete the game altogether

I have enjoyed building my city. However, It is very difficult to get to a higher level. When I get to a higher level, there are very few new items to build. At that point, I usually want to quit playing as there are not enough new things to build. Why don’t we have more choices?
