No traction with the issue reported. Had to call a city line to address the issue
Rather useless
In theory it’s great to have an online reporting tool, but, in my experience, nobody checks submissions/requests for many, many days and then they ALWAYS say they can’t do anything or it’s not their problem to fix or they’ve taken so long to respond that the issue has been resolved through other means.
