It’s not TOO terrible, and I do prefer this over the website (never ever loads), but to use I have to delete and redownload the app, and do that every time I try to pay a bill. Only way it’ll work!!! :(
Not good
The only way I can get this app to work is to delete and reinstall it every month to pay my bill. I’d use the websites but the link to them rarely works either. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to give someone my money. Please fix the blank pages.
Terrible
Please make this app functional, between the website barely working and this app not loading anything it is so frustrating to get my bill paid
App bug
Please fix this app! If you don’t click to stay logged in you can put your info every time but nobody wants to do that. If you stay logged in and reopen the app it’s blank. I have to go to the map and then click the accounts again to see my gas account. Not to mention the corners where you choose what you want to do is to far up and it’s difficult to click them.

Doesn’t work
First off, why in the world do they disable pasting my username and password? My strong password is crazy-long jibberish that is nearly impossible to type on a phone, which gets pasted from a password manager…but not when using this app. I’ll have to change it to P@ssword123 just so I can use this app.
Immediately after logging in, there’s just a blank screen with “Connection Timeout Service Unavailable” in the middle. Not sure how anything could “timeout” since it was immediately displayed.

Worked at first
The app worked when I first downloaded it. But now the screen is blank.
Easy to use
Create an account, confirm email, login in and pay. Super easy took less than 10 minutes.
Didn’t even get passed login
This app is a waste of your time
Unusable
App never works. It’s either a blank screen when showing where your account details should be or it won’t let you log in at all. Fix the app or don’t have one at all.
Blank screen
Can’t even use this app. I have downloaded it twice and it just comes up with a blank screen. Can’t even get to the login screen.
Put some effort please
Please put some effort into fixing the bugs to the app. The blank screen is crazy, renders the app completely useless. This is 2020, the government needs to hire a decent programmer to work this stuff out. The way of the future is now but it seems our government is still stuck in 2002 app development.

The first time I used this app it worked. Now it won’t pull up any account. I have deleted it and reinstalled a few times without luck.
