Was not able to use at all. Downloaded twice and as soon as I click on app it opens for a whole 2 seconds and crashes.

I’m using an iPhone and app crashes when I try to enter text in any of the required fields. Useless!!!

App crashes when try to add report details

Trying to report a safety issue (park lights out) but crashes every time I start to enter a value into the pole number field (required entry). Not very helpful.

Buggy.

See Click Fix works better but this app is more active. Unfortunately, looking at photos makes the app hang and become unresponsive. The keyboard seems to pop up randomly.

If you don't want to hate your neighbors, skip this app. The incessant whining about mundane things like a few stray weeds has made me hate this city.
