maybe the worst that I’ve ever used
This thing hasn’t been updated since the 90s. Cannot zoom in on maps, which is the entire point of the app.
Needs to be updated big time
Used to work fine, now cannot scroll down to check times or locations, have called 311 and City of Miami trolley, plus emailed them.... can’t get through, don’t get any reply anywhere

Inaccurate times
The trolley arrived but the app showed it was still 7 minutes away. Don’t rely on this app to tell you what the ETA is!
WORST app ever
Poorly designed, no user experience design, constantly freezes. I should be able to log in, see an interactive map of where I am, closest stop and other lines around me, with minutes to next train auto populated. That is the most important piece of info required when riding the trolley. Doesn’t exist on this app without several clicks into a non-intuitive page buried within the app that closes and freezes more frequently than not.
I could vibe code a different app that’s more usable in 15 minutes. Miami - to be a serious city this has to be fixed. Same the bus and metro, the app is no better there.

Trash!
Whoever made and maintains this app needs to be fired, and returned to Temu as of last year. The so-called tracker is NEVER accurate and cannot be relied upon; which is crazy for an app that’s supposed to assist people with their daily commute. Pure trash!

Almost Useless App
Whoever designed this app thinks users are at home with a jumbo sized monitor instead of more realistically being out and about trying to access the needed information on a cell phone. The route maps are horrendously slow to load and then they do not zoom in, so unless you’ve packed a microscope in your bag (a magnifying glass won’t do), you’re out of luck.
If you can’t tell what trolley you need/want for a trip by looking at a route map, who cares what time they may or may not arrive at any stop?
The one time I tried to use the trolley I gave up and took the bus.

Not good
I’m starting to use the trolleys and I wanted to track them. I downloaded this app but I tried to use it today and it did not show me any trolleys it just showed me the locations of the regular busses. Pretty disappointed. 💩
Awful
As a visitor to Miami I was very disappointed with this app. It never found my location! If the website was more efficient the app wouldn’t be necessary. The worst ever.
Constantly deleting and uploading
The previous app was in better shape than this one, granted that this version has great ideas. Of no use, if every time you use it, you have to delete the app and then uploaded it again, because the app leave you in a blank page with no options.

Bad to worse
City/county need to find another provider of this tracker service. You are wasting our taxpayer money. In two weeks: app rarely loads; sometimes the map displays empty so no trolleys visible; huge delay in actual location of trolley. App shows one location but never to be seen then suddenly it shows that it passed already
