A great app but there still working out the bugs
I absolutely love the app for reporting and getting in contact with various city agencies without having to pick up the phone.
However like with any new innovative thing, there’s bugs that are being worked out.
I have tried several times to report issues or specifically sidewalk issues and will get a null error.

Wow, what a step backwards.
They were using a different product for years that worked perfectly but switched to this product for unknown reasons and it is horrible.
No way to see if others have already reported an issue. ( old one you could)
I’ve submitted 3 reports. One was actually addressed right away but the other 2 requests have not been touched or replied to for 3 months.
4th time I tried to submit a request, it just keeps saying “Request Submission Failed “.
This is useless. I am uninstalling. Just email or call for reporting issues.

Seems Half Baked
I haven’t used the report an issue feature yet, but the built-in browser to access city website pages just doesn’t work well. There’s shortcut buttons at the top that overlap the actual web page. and I can’t tell if it’s supposed to be this way, but the contact the city and report an issue pages have the exact same list and icons are missing in the contact page.

Garbage
Garbage app that gets stuck in an endless loop of asking you to log in again any time you try to submit a report. Total junk, I guess just call 911 to report pot holes or any other issues until they fix this .
