Autopay?
My payment is late? But I have autopay? And I charged to pay it? And I go to autopsy and it’s already set up?

On 8/22 I got a message what my bill will be, I pay it! Then a few days later you change it lucky I checked. Are you trying to scam me with late fees??

I’ve been using the app to pay my water bill but now the app gives an error and stays a white screen!

this is so easy to use and convenient. I don’t have to go nowhere to pay my water bill just a tap and pay.
Change in Billing period
We are set up on Auto pay. You sent out the bill for our August payment before you drafted the July payment making it appear as though the number of days has changed between readings and billing.

Why limit on payment
It’s ridiculous that all my bank info is listed and verified so why ONLY$400 limit? To get $2.25 fee each time?
Worst utility app so far
I mean come on people. I used to live in different states and have seen soo much better apps than this trash tbh. Who comes up with the idea of not being able to auto enroll to the date you want? App started crashing as well, as soon as you login it just shut down. Do better Toledo. 1 app costs 100K, it’s not that expensive to make decent app

Why a transaction fee charge ?
Works well once you get it set up / automatically withdrawn from bank … so why the $2.25 transaction fee??? Most Other companies don’t do that for bank withdrawal payments … L

When the App is working it runs smooth and is easy to use.

It takes longer than the time limit to get email for weeks and makes payment late. Irritating!!

Took more money
I set my payment for 80 it switched it back to 240 and now I’m unable to my my car payment. Never had this issue online

The app doesn’t work well but it’s the government so that shouldn’t be surprising

This app is such a step forward for the way Toledo customers can pay their bill
They charge $2.25 to pay by checking account.
Why are you charging $2.25 to pay a monthly water bill via checking account? This is a ripoff. Also, why does the mail in payment option get sent to Chicago? These are stupid payment options.
