App won’t update
I have tried to updated the app to no avail. It keeps telling me to “open”. There is not an update option. I cannot access the app without updating, but can’t update.
Update now
App will not update. It keeps looping with “update now”. Tried everything and then deleted app and download it again. Still says update. Happening on my Friends’ phone as well.

I completed a code enforcement complaint on a Sunday evening and the officer came out on Monday morning- amazing! I love the app, it’s so easy to use, highly recommend!

Can not submit reports.
Not Anonymous, Doesn't Work
You are supposed to be able to submit reports anonymously, but this app requires you to give location data, your name, your email, and your phone number. That is not anonymous!
And even if you give up all you personal information, it doesn't work! What a useless train wreck of an app!

When trying to report an issue, I get an error message every time, even with the app updated.
