Unable set up account
Got nowhere with the app due to not being able to set up an account. Text message to verify never came and gave up after five attempts. Also received a $5 off coupon that I couldn’t get to work either before the failed account set up.
Food is wonderful, app is a dumpster fire
Can’t seem to handle login credentials, need to reset every time I want to use the app.
Won’t let me check out as a guest…just…so frustrating and worthless. I have a book to write about how bad the app is but I’m also hungry and am just gonna order in person like it’s 1997.

Order when not even open?!
I placed an order for pick up not seeing that the time they opened was 11 o’clock and it was 20 minutes till. I had to wait outside of the restaurant to pick it up. That was kind of annoying as I placed the order online because I was in a hurry

If you order a salad, you have a choice of removing ONE topping. Why can’t I remove more than one topping like pecans AND raisins. I should be able to click on as many as I want.
