I am looking to buy an apartment in the city. Before I give an offer, I always like to do some homework how much I should offer. I found this app very helpful and fast. I can find recent sales information, similar apts and their sold prices. If you are interested in doing some research like myself, you would find this app very helpful, definitely recommend.

I recently bought a condo in Manhattan and I would like to check if the title was transferred over to me successfully. I don’t know where to find that info but this app helped me that. I searched my apartment and I saw my name is listed there. I can even see previous owner and mortgage information. This is awesome.

Great app to do
I am a co-op owner in NYC and trying to sell my apartment recently. This app allows me to get an estimate value for my apartment which is very helpful. I can easily check the recent sold apartments in my building. I like the way they present the data, clear and easy.
