Needs an update

Since my iPhone updated I am no longer able to use this app to communicate with my customers. I know that I can login online to look at messages. However, I can’t get an alert that way when someone submits an order online so I am constantly having to check the site or we will miss an order.

Does not get updated fast enough.

We use this app for our work texting service and whenever our phone get software updates this app stops working. For example right now a new update was sent out and as soon as it was installed this app crashes before it even opens. City Gro doesn’t sent out updates to their app to fix the issues so you can actually use it. Not impressed.
