i just noticed that sometimes more passengers with different routes. drivers should know what is convenient route for passengers because some of us are working and we are not allowed to be late at work. although i understand that driver should pick up passengers. for me it gaved ma satisfy when i pick up and direct to my location. over all im satisfied with your service and really appreciated the good behavior of your drivers and the comfortable that gives to me.

Too many detours. Picking up too many passengers. At the end, you will be late for work so you have no options but to cancel the booking.

It’s hard to find captain and when I finally find one, he takes 10 minutes to move, and sometimes they don't move at all, so I cancel the trip.

Delay pickup and drop
Very long waits every time and always it’s taking long route then the short route
Every time it’s showing different time I book it’s showed me 15 min and after 15 mint wait it’s showing another 17 minutes.
If pickup soon mean it will take another 10-12 min minimum

Your service and drivers are amazing especially the bus is very clean … but I don’t like one thing you guys are not accurate regarding timings so booking hope you can make it 1hrs earlier.

Drive canceled the ride only after 2 min of his arrival and it’s unable to book after 11 pm before we were able to book till 11:30 now we can’t book a single ride from 11pm to 12:15 pm

2 out of 10 giving a good service to customer,means more bad experience of the customer while using this sercvice.bringing in different areas the custoemr,instead taking a customers around or atleast same areas .
Terrible calling feature
Everytime I try to call the bus that picks me up it never picks up, and some of my rides en up being canceled because of it. No matter what I try to fix the issue I still never get a call to connect. Please try and resolve this.
