What am I paying for
See in the olden days, we didn’t pay 10 bucks a month for 15 bucks a month 4.99 a month because commercials are what makes the station money , as in millions and millions of dollars so that we watched the stupid commercial, , so the company can sell their garbage to us. That’s payment enough. ,but now charge me a monthly fee and what happens I spend more time watching commercials than I do the actual show it’s pathetic. The reruns are pathetic the TV really worst crapola every made, I’m about to cancel all of the streaming services because if you call that good TV, then you never experienced life .. horrible and fed up in fact from this day forward any commercial that you show me more than once in a one hour programming, I will never purchase their product ever

Worst app ever
Worst app ever! It’s constantly kicking me out, stating error messages. When I go back in it hasn’t saved where I left off. Usually goes back an entire episode. Not to mention all the damn adds. Worse than the others!
Freezes
Haven’t commented hoping they would fix the bugs but still the same freezes constantly through every show it miserable to watch … have good shows but got to fix the app
Way too many ads for a paid service
The app plays a lot of adds and they often will make you sit through two ads and the third one won’t load then you have to restart the app and watch another three ads. Many ad breaks throughout at 22 minute show. It’s pathetic
Terrible app
App randomly sticks, kicks me out in the middle of a show. On reading the reviews, this has been happening for at least a year and they haven’t bother to fix it.
Repeated errors
The app repeatedly does not allow users to enter login credentials nor does it create activation codes. When trying to solve the problem with customer service, they put the onus on the TV service provider. The app itself is the issue, which is not the TV service provider’s responsibility. The TV service provider is not responsible for Citytv+ app on any platform.

Terrible app
Literally the worst streaming app going right now. Can’t watch a single episode without it glitching out half way through and having to restart. The over abundance of ads play perfectly though. Total trash.

Needs work
App has lots of buggy adds and is very bad for starting an episode then less than 30 seconds later the same episode restarts. Also there’s no option to download content for later viewing. I work on the road and being able to download saves a lot of data for me and especially when I enter dead zones and streaming isn’t an option. Please fix these issues.

The ads are so annoying especially after paying for an ap
The ads are so repetitive and take long to buffer and the entire ap is very glitchy and you have to reboot very often but the content is average to satisfactory

Content is good but the APP crashes
Got Citytv+ for Law and Order content. Love the shows but the app is horrible. Stops playing and shuts off during an episode or gets caught in the same episode and won’t move on to the next (or restarts even if half the episode has already been watched). Just gets frustrating while mid-episode and it shuts off.

It’s 2026 and Rogers is too cheap to develop a Smart tv or Roku app.

It says I have an active account but does not sign me in so a total waste of money
Waste of money
Can’t register my account. Can’t get into the app. Can’t screen share with Apple TV. What a waste of money and now I can’t cancel… Roger’s media ruins everything
Nice shows, but…
The app constantly logs me out. Super annoying, having to type my password pretty much every time I want to watch a show.
