The developers really screwed up on this one. The link to set up an account directs you to the reset page so if you don’t have one you can’t get one. Nice job guys. I wish our city and county had vetted these guys before ditching nixle.
No good
I’ve tried signing in several times. It acknowledges that I have an account, but I still can’t get in

Tried several times, it wants me to contact my administrator…..
What a load of sheesh!!
Couldn’t sign in. Tried 19 times and finally got an email prompting me to set a password. Then when I tried to sign in with my newly set password it said “No valid profiles found.” What in the frick!! The guy who made me sign up for this malarky can expect a big ol’ steamer on his desk.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded (and then deleted and redownloaded), filled out all the info from CivicReady emails and then AlertSense setup. Says my account is all set. Verified. ready to use. But I can’t log into the app no matter how much I try. I’m not recognized by the app. I hope the bugs are fixed so I can use this app for important alerts.

Just downloaded. Unable to create required account. App loops through confusing alert message instead…
