Hello FrenchFranc, To maintain fidelity to the civics portion of the naturalization test, our app uses the answers that are listed as acceptable by US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). For the question “where is the Statue of Liberty[?]” — #95 on the 2008 edition — the acceptable answers include: New Jersey, New York (Harbor), on the Hudson (River), Liberty Island, and near New York City, even if some of the answers are slightly uncommon in everyday or conversational use.
