About

Practice your U.S. citizenship interview before the real thing. The citizenship test isn't multiple choice: a USCIS officer asks you the 2025 civics questions out loud, and you answer by speaking. CivicsPass recreates that exact experience — an officer's voice asks, you speak, and your answer is scored honestly. REALISTIC MOCK INTERVIEWS The officer asks up to 20 questions from the official 2025 bank of 128 and stops the moment the outcome is decided — 12 correct passes, 9 wrong ends it — exactly like the real interview. Your answers are scored the way a person would score them: "it's our constitution" counts for "the Constitution". STUDY WHAT YOU CHOOSE One screen: pick everything, just your weak areas, or the areas you name, then how many questions — a single one to the whole bank. Unseen questions come first, then the ones you got wrong, and nothing repeats while something new is left to ask. LISTEN LIKE A PODCAST Every question and answer read aloud on a loop by two alternating voices, with a pause to answer in your head. Keeps playing with the screen off — for the commute, the walk, the washing-up. READ AT YOUR OWN PACE A swipeable deck of every question for quiet study, no audio, no scoring. ALWAYS-CURRENT ANSWERS Questions about your governor, senators, and representative are answered from continuously updated official records — never from an AI model's memory, which goes stale the moment an election happens. Tell the app your state and district once, and those questions are scored correctly for you. HONEST SCORING When the app cannot check an answer properly, it says so rather than guessing. Answers you believe were mis-scored can be flagged with one tap. Your practice history, weakest areas, and readiness estimate stay on your device and your private account. No name, no email, no tracking. The 65/20 exemption (age 65+, 20 years as a permanent resident) is fully supported with its designated question subset. This app is a study tool and is not affiliated with USCIS or the US government.
