Restore purchases not working
With the update I can no longer see or restore scenarios I have paid for.
Bug prevents advancement past 2nd scenario
Winning the "Protection Problems" scenario in the 1st campaign does not unlock subsequent scenarios, so the bulk of the game can't be completed.
Also, game boards are far too small, making the gameplay dull and robotic.

UPDATE DENIES ACCESS TO PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR GAME!!!
purchased the full 1863 game. Updates took away access to more than half of what I had purchased. I see many other customers with the same issue yet no response. A legit app would require a nominal fee sometimes with a major update. Hunted Cow Games apparently thinks we should pay full price for what we already purchased for a game that seems basically the same as the earlier version. I suggest we all contact Apple and let them know we’ve been ripped off. sadly, I would give the game five stars if they didn’t attempt a shameless revenue grab.

Update has stopped app working on iPad 2
I used to enjoy playing this game but the latest update has stopped the app working on iPad 2. I wish I had not pressed update...
Love the game however...
I really love this game it’s simple yet challenging and I play it all the time however I deleted the game and re-downloaded it and all the extra mission I bought I no longer have access to. I’m very frustrated because if I press “Restore Purchase” nothing happens, and neither does “Buy Now”. They are completely inaccessible, it won’t even let me buy them again. I’d deeply appreciate a fix to this so I can access all the missions again, and I don’t want to buy them again either. Now I’m stuck with less than half the missions I had play. 😕

Help with the 'conflict' battle
I've tried many times and I can't get the flag in the northeast corner. Reinforcements just keep coming. Can't play new battles until I get thru this one. Help
Used to Enjoy
When these were released, they were fantastic, well balanced games. With each successive update, however, they have rendered them unplayable! Buttons to change formation don’t appear, play balance is out of whack and I am constantly being nagged to restore games I’ve already purchased. Really disappointed with what they’ve down to their franchise.

March 2 update - slow speed on infantry looks good now.
Artillery and Cav are still too fast though.

Last update deleted additional purchased campaigns
All purchased additions erased and will not restore after latest update. You owe me $14.00.
Update removed half of paid scenarios
After the last update, over half of my purchased scenarios will not restore. Every hexwar game I have (16) has done the same thing.
Why
Why have you taken away several of my scenarios? Why do you want me to buy them again. Very bad idea. Do not trust this developer. Save your money.

It’s a hex strategy game.
Look, it is what it is. It’s a hex strategy game. While the strategy does not require a lot of gray matter, it is a fun game. I bought the combo pack and got the 62/63/64 all in one. This game reminds me of the old SSI games. It’s turned based and not a real time game. That being said it’s fairly fun. Enjoy.

A great game for anyone who enjoys strategy. Very fun and includes lots of exciting content!
Favorite Civil War game
Really enjoy the Hunted Cow Civil War games, they remind me of the old school hex style war games but with app like gameplay. Wish there was a little more topographic variety based on actual battle fields and the graphics took a dip in 1863. But for moving and engaging on a tactical level, very fun and you learn (or you lose).
