As you begin working on a problem, simply mark the task as "ongoing" to keep administrators and citizens updated on your progress. Once the issue is resolved, Task App makes it easy to finalize the job. You'll be prompted to upload a photo of the completed work, providing clear visual proof that the problem has been addressed.
