Help me !
I am a person that had this app in the past and now I want to log back in in my old account and it keeps on saying connection error. Please connect to Internet and I already have Internet so it makes me very sad that I can’t go back on the app that really helped me because there’s one thing for sure. There’s no app like Cizoo so for me not to be able to log back in my account it hurts

The app provided an amazing experience with a three day trial as well as the free version it’s self, though for some reason after I finished the trial, I had an issue with Cizoo signing me out of my acoustic and not letting me log back in claiming there was a network connection issue even though I was connected to the wifi and my data was on. All together good app except for the issue I faced at the end.

Owh this is strange! Do you still have the issue? If so can you send us your username on cizoo.app@gmail.com so we can help ypu log back? You can also reinitiate your password from the app.
I got locked out
Sooo one morning I went on it and it said sign up or log in so I tried both it says check your internet connection wen I have all 3 bars of connection it was good when I was logged in tho

It won't let me sing in and it is so leggy the first time I signed in it was great but now it won't let me in an is so slow so leggy fix it because you just lost a huge supporter
Not bad and BUG
It’s really good but why did you have to make almost every song make you pay why! While ago I deleted this app for personal reasons then I decided to get it again and it kept showing the load screen!!!!!
