Good, used to be better
The app is intuitive enough to use. There seems to me a discrepancy with how many classes show as completed. It used to show how many spots were open for a class prior to booking, this was a helpful feature that was unfortunately removed. Would love to see it integrated again.

Slow and unresponsive UI
First, please change the logo. Yellow on Black was better and more legible. The new UI is super slow and not intuitive. Remove the confusing photos and make the tiles large.
CKO app won’t open
I’ve tried to download this several times and I always get a blank white screen.

No issues
I realize not many people have rated this app recently, but I haven’t had any of the issues mentioned previously. I am a me to book up to 2 weeks out. The apps is fast, and the barcode works.
Works but wish it told how full class is
Works as intended but wish it provided how full a class is. The regular CKO app does but not this member app. Would be useful.
Worst app ever
I cannot believe all the number of times I tried to access this app to schedule an appointment and cannot do so. It’s awful. Incredibly frustrating to sign in and then not being able to sign up for the classes I want. Ridiculous! Doesn’t even deserve one star but that was the lowest rating available. Zero would be best!

Not able to book
This app does not let you choose a spot for the class you want to schedule. This app needs to be improved. I have installed and reinstalled the app and it does not make a difference.
Can never book a class
You can only book classes by going onto the app. The app has been down for a week and no one answers the gym when I call. I’ve missed out on sessions because I cannot book a class. Please fix ASAP
App Needs Help
Wow. This app is amateur, at best. When you enter your credit card number and have to actually enter the “/“ between the month and year of the expiration date, you know your dealing with a preschool app. If you’re going to ask members to use the app it should work. I can’t book classes. Hilarious!
Booking issues
When I first signed up I could book 2 weeks out. Now as time has gone on(3 months with app) I can’t book until a few days later. Its very frustrating as you see the classes you want book up quickly and then you can’t get in. Especially since classes are small due to covid. I even deleted the app and reinstalled a few times along with rebooting phone, still not working.
