Permit search is picky
I initially entered my permit number AND address and found that the permit search in the app returned no results. Entering the permit number only allowed it to be found. Once the permit was loaded, scheduling was straight forwards. I like that you can see a calendar of available inspection dates.
Developer recommendation: Consider just prompting for the permit number alone and not the address, labeling the address as optional, or implementing an improved fuzzy address search that is less strict.
