This was one of the most frustrating app support experiences I’ve had. I requested a refund almost immediately, and instead of handling it, I was told to wait 12 months to “circle back” for consideration. They may cancel future billing, but that does not mean they will refund your payment. Slow responses, canned replies, and no real help. DONT waste your money. DONT waste your time. RUN away from this immediately!
