This has to be one of the worst apps ever made. I would suggest to anyone to not get the app but unfortunately to program any nLight Air product you need to use this app. This app is slow, outdated, and very unreliable. The servers that they use to store all this cloud data are unbelievably slow, signing into the app with multiple saved jobs takes minutes at the very least, just to load the app. Once you’ve loaded in you need to select your job and wait another 5 minutes for that to load, unless it fails, which happens constantly. Please remove this app and release a version 2.0. With all the money Acuity has, I’m surprised nothing has been done to try and fix the widespread issues this app brings.

Freezes up constantly
Using the app on iOS devices it freezes constantly with minutes passing and just a spinning icon. I’ve tried on 3 different devices to make sure it was the device having issues. I would never recommend nlight Air controls to a client again.
Garbage
This app has progressively gotten worst…..firmware updates are time consuming and it always crashes…. I spend more time resetting the app than programming
Clairity+
Updating settings or decommissioning battery-powered sensors and switches is unnecessarily time-consuming. These devices often don’t wake up at all, requiring multiple button presses often needing a ladder to reach. This makes the process inefficient and frustrating.
2007 wants their app back.
Acutity branded nlight fixtures are significantly more expensive then most other fixtures and wireless controls. Can we take 1% of that 1 time and make a real app that doesent look like it’s from 2007?

This program is the worst lighting program I’ve used. It’s confusing, and frustrating.
APP is out dated and not working.
Wasted hours on a commercial site trying to commission Lights made my this company and nothing is working.
Programming groups with multiple battery devices
It is difficult to program large spaces with multiple battery devices. Both the rCMSB sensor and the rpod. The troubleshooting window hovers over the grid so if you have multiple devices and one did not take, you can’t see which one it is. Please make that window movable
Needs work
The slider for light brightness needs to be bigger and easier to move. It is to sensitive. Need to be able to name zones.

Continuing to make good progress in adding new features and making this more usable.

Phantom zone issue, create a zone that then doesn’t operate or show up in the list. If you try to add that setting to a second zone, it tells you that setting can’t be done for the same device in two zones.
Would be great to be able to import a PDF/JPG for background. If the space is large, and not square, it can become difficult to keep track of what’s what.
