New access?
I have been using Libby to access books for my kindle for years. It works beautifully. I had tag lists of books I want to borrow. I now go on and try to use the new Aspen clams site and I cannot get it to work. I got to a place to validate my card and then to change my pin, and now I can’t access my library at all.
When I was in briefly, it was difficult to search for books, and you couldn’t sort them at all once you got a list.

Filter results screen does not work
You cannot filter results from a catalog search. The layout is messed up. You cannot press the “filter” button because it is on top of the audience selection.
Works fine but needs updates
This app works well for searching catalogs, placing holds, checking status of requests and due dates of checked out items, however it is in need of updates, particularly to reflect current open hours/days of library locations. Some libraries show open hours on this app for days they are actually closed which is more than disappointing when you’ve planned a trip to acquire needed materials and dealt with summer traffic only to find the doors locked upon arrival. Perhaps a quarterly update to reflect seasonal schedule changes might solve this problem.
