This product does not work as it appears it should I tried to contact support and no one responded. I paid 20 what a waste trying to get my money refunded, but there is no response.

You need to Start for it to work every time. It defeats the purpose of the app which is to find the phone if you forgot. It should be ON all the time once you turn it on regardless of time. Useless.
