Very disappointing customer service experience.
Staff were rude and unhelpful, and the issue I contacted support for was not handled professionally. Communication was poor and there was a lack of basic courtesy and accountability.
They will also take your money and not refund you. Its not clear that its a yearly subscription not monthly.
Would not recommend based on this experience.
