Have it watch a status page and Telegram me if something looks off. Setup was easy. Missed one once, then it was fine. Good for little jobs like this.
Does one boring chore well enough
Used to paste news links into Slack every Friday. Described it once, fixed one thing, now I just run it. Saves me time.
Replaced my “remind me to do this” notes
I’m not a developer. I use Clara to watch my inbox for invoices from one vendor and log them into a spreadsheet. I was skeptical an AI could build that without me coding, but it did — and I can see each step when something goes wrong, which helps a lot. Push notification when it finishes is handy. Would love Google Drive integration to be smoother, but overall this is the first automation app I’ve kept using past day one.

Good for small automations, learning curve at first
Wanted something simpler than Zapier for personal stuff — like checking flight prices and getting a notification if they drop. Clara understood my request after I clarified a couple details. First workflow failed once because I wasn’t specific enough about the time window. After fixing that it’s been reliable. UI is clean; wish the setup steps were a bit clearer for non-technical people.

I use Clara for a weekly report I used to do by hand — pull numbers from a sheet, summarize them, and send a short update to my team. I described what I wanted once in plain English and it actually built something I can run again. Took a couple tries to get the wording right, but now I just tap run on Monday morning. Not perfect every time, but it saves me at least an hour a week.

Scheduling just works
Three scheduled jobs running for weeks with no drama. One failed because my Google token expired; the app told me what to fix. Would love an even faster reconnect, but reliability has been solid.
