About
Meet Clara Sky — the TV meteorologist who broadcasts just for you.
Clara Sky reimagines the weather app as a person, not a dashboard. Every time you open the app, Clara has The Briefing ready: a short, conversational forecast in her own voice — what's coming today, when it changes, and whether you'll want that jacket. She reads the same forecast discussions the local National Weather Service forecasters write, folds in severe-storm outlooks, and translates it all into plain language.
Ask her anything. Should I water the garden tonight? When's the best hour for a run this weekend? Will the rain hold off for the game? Clara answers from real forecast data for your exact location — specific, brief, and in her warm on-air voice.
The basic numbers are there: current conditions with dew point comfort, feels-like, wind, humidity and UV; an hourly strip; and a TV-style 7-day outlook.
Severe weather, front and center. Active National Weather Service alerts appear as unmissable broadcast-style banners, with optional notifications when a new alert is issued — plus a daily briefing notification at the time you choose.

Clara's briefing and answers are powered by Claude and require your own Anthropic API key (free to create; usage is billed by Anthropic to your account, typically pennies a day). Without a key, the full forecast experience still works — you just won't hear Clara's voice.
