Why do I need to have a specific authentication app for Claranet portals
Why do I need another authenticator app on my phone when I already have 4 different apps for other systems and now I have been made to download yet another app what was wrong with implementing TOTP which is open source. It took ages to setup the app as it would not scan the QR code until I zoomed the QR code to make it larger on the screen.
