Reminds me of trying to install a dial up modem in the 90s. Waste of time not user friendly at all.
Was great past two years but….
Has been great but recently won’t give me the notifications to my iPhone- no changes on my end but maybe an Apple update that Clare Video Plus is not compatible with? Seriously a deal breaker if I don’t get this back!!! I looked at settings and all are set correctly on apple notifications- so I will give it a week or two- and then I will have to replace this!

Doorbell app stopped working
Got this installed with new build home by Brightland/Gehan. Of course Clare alarm no longer working on app 1 year in. Now Year 2 and doorbell doesn’t notify with ringing doorbell or motion. Contacted Clare regarding all of the above issues and was referred to the installer who won’t help as they don’t use the product anymore. Looks like Clare is part of some Snap One but overall not helpful and left to figure out what to do on my own. Planning to go with Ring most likely…

从一周前左右开始就不能看video clip了，每次都是查询失败网络不给力。
After update unable to add device even after the device is connected to WiFi
I had updated the Clare Video Plus app and after that I am not able to add the device to the app even though the app is connected to the Wi-Fi successfully. Have tried all the rest options but still not able to use the video door bell.
Useless
Purchased a home with the Clare unit and video doorbell already installed. After numerous attempts with “customer service,” I am unable to hook it up. They wanted to send out a service to hook it up, God knows what that would cost. Product and service is a bust.

Okay app
The app lets me see who comes to my door, which I find very useful. The app is missing lots of functionality in my opinion. For example, I would like to block notifications for a time period for when their is a lot of activity going on. A good example is when someone is washing the car or doing yard work, I get inundated with notifications. If Clare wants to be competitive, they need to enhance their app to do more than the bare minimum

I keep getting a network is busy icon every here and there and it’s very annoying not to be able to see any activity

I thought I was purchasing one of the better security systems on the market, but I’m not particularly happy with the software nor the cameras. If I want to review video for a prowler at night, not able to see details of the car or license plate. Unable to scan / review video footage at 2x or 3x when you are looking for a situation that took place the previous night. If you have an 8 hour window, you have to watch 8 hours of video. Not very modern / up to today’s technology.
The cameras were supposed to be 4K night vision cameras, but you can’t make out any details i.e., license plate, or type of vehicle.
Cameras were overpriced! Not very satisfied for a system i paid a lot of money for.

Notifications do not open app. App crashes and it takes soooooo long to load.
App not loading at all
The Clare app does not load at all when opening. Please fix it with a new update. How incompetent are your engineers and QA such that you release an app that doesn’t load? Y’all need a better a QA team that actually catches bug.
Needs a update
Way too sensitive and gets too many notifications for truck passing on roads. App is sluggish and don’t respond, I had to delete and relaunch several times to get to work.

Our doorbell went offline on Friday or so and we didn’t receive any notification - noticed or today (Sunday)
Video playback doesn’t work
Kept getting error 240037. Loads to 90%+ and fails. Please fix your app.
A GREAT app
Replaced my NVMS7000 app with this app. Video is crystal clear & it was easy to set up. Great customer service too. Thank you!
