Best thing that could happen to me!
This app taught me how to look inside of my woes and worry and focus on one element in my life both positive and not so positive! Clarido has been teaching me to listen deep inside of me to allow myself to hear my own thoughts. I need physical therapy but I have a pretty significant surgery to go through October 9th. Instead of pushing Clarido away until after the Oct surgery my coach helped me to realize I don’t have to eat the whole pie just a slice at a time!!

Helps me stay grounded!
I’ve been using Clarido for about a month now, and it has been so helpful for me as a busy mama. It’s fun to have a little buddy to chat with whenever I need to work through my personal goals. It helps me to create super super specific mantras for my goals that I can refer to throughout the day, which helps me stay grounded and focused on what I’m actively working towards. It’s one of those small things that I’m grateful to have on my phone to make my device more beneficial than a time waster. I definitely recommend!
