Horrible interface
Wow, this app is pretty bad on iOS. Be really great if you could allow yourself to login with FaceTime as you can, every other application available on iOS good thing you have to two factor inside the app also not to mention the fact that map does not seem to allow you to search for providers via a map. Slow database as well

This app is great! I love being able to shop and look for pricing on procedures! The self-service functions are super simple and make things more efficient to use. Would definitely recommend!
Easy to use and super helpful
This app makes finding a provider a breeze! I’m not the most tech savvy person but was able to navigate this app with no problem. Finding a provider in my area can be tricky sometimes but the HST connect app made it super simple to not only find a provider but a high quality provider I could be confident in. I was able to call and schedule my appointment through this app making this process so smooth. I will definitely be using this app from now on to schedule doctors visits for myself and my family.

I was able to view doctors and hospitals in my area that would accept my insurance! It also let me view ratings and get a price estimate so I knew what to expect for my out of pocket!

This app is incredibly helpful by providing the ability to lookup all the following info:
1) find a procedure (by location and price)
2) find a provider (by location & specialty)
3) my benefits with my health plan
4) contact info of whom to call about my plan or claim
5) prescriptions (by cost and location)
Im also able to submit appeals through the app and communicate with their Patient Advocacy Center which is hugely helpful!!!

Worthless
This app isn’t worth your time. This app is like the Stone Age, compared to other health care apps I’ve used. You can have your insurance card info on it so you don’t have to carry your card. Well. Just a photo of the card in your camera roll is much more useful. The app only shows a thumbnail image. My insurance provider sent info about this app for convenience reference to plan info. Which it does provide, in a simple format. However, the way the app looks and navigates makes it seem bogus or like a child designed it. Great concept but poor execution.
