You were right, and I'm sorry. On July 11 we had an outage: the AI service Clarity depends on went down, so the app genuinely could not process anything, for anyone, that day. You installed right in the middle of it. It was not your message and not your connection, and the walkthrough should never have trapped you there. That is fixed. I also went back and made the app show you what is happening while it works, instead of sitting silent and then failing. I'm sorry, and thank you for the review. "Doesn't work" told us something real even without the details. That was on version 1.3, back when Clarity had just launched and the first run genuinely broke for a lot of people. We have shipped many reliability fixes since, and the app tells you what is happening now instead of failing silently.
