The app is pretty clunky, would be good if it accepted iPhone strong passwords. Confusing when setting the delivery address - address already in so why ask for it to be typed in again later during an order… also the fields - black and white boxes?? Apple Pay option would be good and option to add sauce when choosing the item instead of having to write it all in on the delivery note section is just a total miss. Bad for business if customers abandon an order 1/2 way through due to the app being a pain!!! Gets 2 stars and not 1 only because it send the password reset email instantly.

Seamless order
The order was very easy and the food was delicious. My son enjoyed it. I will highly recommend Clark’s Bakery anytime.

Not full menu as happy shopper . Happy shopper would not deliver to my address . Would much rather support your own app .
Easy to order
I find the app easy to use the only other thing we wanted to add to our order was a nice wee cake or trifle…
Pointless if they don’t read requests
I’ve used the app a few times and each time my requests haven either been half read or ignored, then met by rude staff, the new version is better but when choosing a cold item apparently that’s hot! Then I’m made to feel like an idiot when piling up my order! And this time requests were half read!

Pricing is off in areas where you will have hot and cold options as both size and as an additional option as hot or cold. Both will charge you additional and is unclear. For example if you select sausage roll there’s an option for size which has sizes hot or cold, which doesn’t make sense. hot is an additional 35p. there is another option under it for hot or cold which is an additional 40p for hot charging you twice at different rates. This appears to be a lack of testing of the app before release.

App could be better
Not very user friendly for options that you would get as if ordering in person. Could do with more details of what the item includes. Eg I wanted a hotdog but menu listed 2 different kinds named as classic hotdog and prices were different but did not contain any information as to what the difference was, I had to phone the shop to ask.

Only 1 improvement
There’s only 1 improvement suggestion I have. Which is to make removing items from products easier in the app. Love the app apart from that though! So effective and efficient

Once plugged in card detail , no option to confirm order? Very strange ? Will see if it comes ? Seems to have worked.

The app is great, too bad that the staff can’t read the additional fillings section, allergy info, extras, or literally anything other than main filling. What’s the point in having such a thorough app if the staff can’t follow it nor know about promotions there
