It works, but you might hate it
You get the app, set it up, and learn how to get to it during gameplay. That’s the easy part. Then start a match, line up a shot as if there is no wind, then get in and out of the widget as fast as you can obtaining the adjustment for the wind. Then you apply that adjustment to the shot you lined up, and take the shot. If you did it quick enough your game improves. Too slow and you hurry a shot or time out completely. GC has plenty of frustration. This can add more of that, or it can heighten your enjoyment. You’ll either love it or hate it.

Absolutely useless now
Greedy fools decided to try making a silly little wind tool into a cash app. And now it’s impossible to even understand. So stupid to make this simple tool so complicated and paid. You guys are idiots. So dumb.

Works very well on iPad with slide over function. Great for CPC too. Can’t fault it.
Lost purchases
The Slider/Ruler disappears, which you have paid for. The owner of this app doesn’t want to respond to this issue. He says there’s an update in the app, no there is no update to fix it so he’s essentially taking your money, and then leaving you high and dry.

But… now since iPad OS update to IOS 26.3.1 the slide-over function for Clash Caddie doesn’t work.
Great app for IOS before IOS 26
This is a great app, or at least it was, before IOS 26. With IOS 26, its is next to impossible to access the app to input wind and distance data in a timely manner. I’m going to try to get back to IOS 18 before I can play the game again.
Was working good
Not working good anymore after iPad os 18.6 and now 26. Notifications come very late and sometimes not even populated with your ring options, please fix.
If it’s not broke, don’t fix it.
The earlier version was much better than this. The dark red , blue and green over the ring numbers made it harder to read the numbers. There doesn’t appear to be any Golden Clubs to use for Golden Shot like there once was.
Doesn’t work. Save your money
This used to be great, however, now you are unable to select bag on the calculator screen. Ive purchased the app, as well as the slider calculator, and I can’t use them. Save your money

J’ai pris l’option cpc il y a quelques mois et impossible d’y jouer, l’application me detecte uniquement le driver. Impossible d’en informer le createur. L’ancien etait beaucoup mieux dommage
Worst UI/UX update I’ve ever seen
The app was perfectly fine before why did it have to change to this garbage???
The first ridiculous thing about this update when it first happened a while back was you had to completely setup all your bags again from scratch. Ok fine.
But now you must create separate profiles for each of your GC accounts?? Before you could just create a bag and set the club levels. A completely useless and unnecessary update.
More recently I got a new phone and again have to start from scratch with this stupid app. I’m thought I’d try the “duplicate” option to save some time. But once I got through setting up 5 accounts through the “duplicate” feature (which still doesn’t just duplicate the bag because you must choose club levels AGAIN), but now ALL MY BAGS MIRROR EACH OTHER!?????? Adjust one bag under one profile and it is reflected on all the profiles you duplicated from. So after all that I HAVE TO START FROM SCRATCH AGAIN!!!!!

Used to be great
This app used to be great. It made the game so much better. But it does not seam to work any more. Spent the money and was happy for a bit but gave the game up, now I come back it’s very hit and miss. So much so I can not work it out.
I like the updates but
I do like the updates but with the old version, I used to be able to touch the Bar up top to add the wind and elevation and the bar would reappear up top with the recommended ring adjustments. Now it disappears.

I suggest letting us edit the club ranking on same screen as when I choose what clubs to add to a bag. Two bags nested to do same as we used to do on one screen before update isn’t very efficient and a little confusing.

Clash caddie
The actual golf clash app is good and have used it for years. The Check Point Challenge add-on, that I paid £9.99 for, is complete and utter garbage and I haven’t once got to work. There is also no guidance in how to use it. Get the Clash Caddie, but avoid the add-on.
