Developer’s response is laughable- “outcomes are determined randomly, so winning or losing is part of the experience”.
I wasn’t questioning losing but inability to withdraw the winnings.
There is no way of contacting human customer services,
CS bot is programmed to close conversations after basic meaningless responses.

Blitz feature for Bricks
What happened to the blitz feature for the Bricks game. I went in over a week ago, and it is no longer an option. Is it gone forever? If not, when will it be back?

I’ve put a little money into not thinking about it honestly , here and there, put 5 in today won over 100$ in bonus cash played 2 solitaire games and won back to back. Went to go withdraw honesty even with first time and PayPal maybe took 10 mins at max, then did another and the time frame was about the same. Withdraw amount was roughly 90$ in total. They do pay out but sometimes seems like a hassle to get to the first 40$ to cash out but game is legit

Have been playing quite happily then suddenly the Blitz option on Brick has disappeared. What is going on?

9/9 UPDATE: Support has stated Blitz mode will NOT be returning, yet it still shows as available in the App Store. Uninstalling for good.
Loved it until Brick Blitz mode disappeared. Now it feels impossible to win anything. Reached out to support and they said it’s under maintenance. Something feels fishy about that.

Every single time I’m set to get the Day 7 bonus of $1.00 and the bonus coins it “somehow” always skips it and goes back to day 1.

BLITZ MODE DISAPPEARED
I love this game had been playing for 2 years. I wasn’t even cashing out big money just 15-20 dollars here and there just for fun. Suddenly they took away my option to switch to blitz mode. I don’t want to only have the option to play multiplayer in Brick. I want to play blitz mode. FIX MY BLITZ MODE!!!!!! Why is it magically off of my home screen to even have the option?! I’m now only able to play multiplayer on Brick and I WANT TO PLAY BLITZ!!!!!! I AM A LEVEL 5 VIP AND THEIR SUPPORT LITERALLY SENT ME A HEART EMOJI WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT THIS ISSUE!!! WHAT?? Fun to Play, No Communication
I have enjoyed playing this and am able to win a few games here and there, however today they took off the Brick Blitz today and I can’t get anybody to give me a genuine response to whether it’s completely gone or under maintenance. Plus yesterday it crashed two times and I still haven’t gotten an answer on a refund. Lack of communication is killing this app for me

I so disappointed in the Kimi Crush Limited operation. After getting a little bored with triumph, I made an $8 deposit on CLASH RICHES and went to work playing their games, I tried everything they put in front of me but only had success with brick breaker game in Blitz mode. I went up and down for a couple hours but was able to build my balance to $50ish and went through the withdrawal process with Apple Pay that said it would take less than 3 hours.
I made the withdrawal on September 4th/5th. The system showed it was in review. I contacted customer service to make sure that was indeed the case the system prompted me for my VIP level of which I had achieved level 3. It asked if it had been 24 hrs. I said no but your system says under 3 hours.
I got a response that my withdrawal was being reviewed to ensure no money laundering and regulatory authorities were sure I wasn’t scamming them (hilarious). I made an $8 deposit and it’s being reviewed for money laundering. I can see if I deposited B and then tried to cash out immediately but that didn’t happen.
Today I went in to check my withdrawal status and my account has been closed and I have not been paid the $53.20 that in had coming.

I’ve been playing this app for a couple of months now I was mostly a Plenco player. I remember not even three weeks ago you would hit the X111 or X130 from time to time. But after the new update it seems impossible to hit that! Best I can do is X21! After putting in over 200) the most I got was x21. Please stay away from the game! They’ve gotten greedy and you can’t win! I use to vouched for this app but after constantly losing. I remembered you find another app to play on.
