Mrs. White, Thank you for your feedback. We received your error report and it was sent to the developers to find a resolution. While I believe one reported issue was resolved that day, we informed the agency that there were a few users that might experience issues until our Version 2 application release. We hope to have this new release completed and released on the APP store within the next 7 to 10 days. *Please note* Our developers reside in India where they are still on complete lockdown due to of Covid-19. The pandemic has completely displaced and removed their ability to work from their company location. As a result, the developers have been limited on high speed internet access and limited resources they would normally have. Classroom Panda will always attempt to do the very best at accommodating to our clients, however, the health and safety of our employees is also a great priority during this time. We appreciate you and your daycare for trying Panda, even thought our product is a new release and the current global situation has created difficulties.
